GP Patient Survey

The results of the 2024 GP Patient Survey have now been published and the Menston and Guiseley Practice are incredibly proud to have scored above the National average in almost every area.

The survey highlights that the Practice is easily contactable by both telephone and online with 94% of patients voting that our Reception and Admin teams are helpful.

From a clinical perspective, the data shows that patients were very happy with the care they have received from our Clinicians and were clear on the next steps following an appointment, with 97% of patients voting that they were involved in their care and treatment and their needs were met at their most recent appointment. 69% of patients also felt the waiting time for an appointment was ‘about right’.
