Update from Provider (12:51pm):
At 11am the fault was located within the network and an emergency patch applied to the first application cluster.
This has proven to resolve the issues experienced and now the patch is being applied to all remaining clusters.
This will take some time for the engineering teams to implement so please bear with us while the fix is applied.
Update from Provider (4:30pm):
Thank you for your continued patience whilst we work through this error with our network services. The latest update is that there are a number of customers that remain affected by the registration issues. Our engineering teams continue to work closely with the network and are initiating a number of changes to work towards a full restoration.
